Licensure The laws governing the practice of homeopathy vary from state to state, country to country, and profession to profession. Licensing for alternative health care, including homeopathy is available in a few US states. The Freedom of Health Act has now been established in many US states. In these states alternative health care providers can legally practice without a license ( www.nationalhealthfreedom.org ). Successful completion of any homeopathic program does not result in professional licensure. Please check any legal issues regarding the practice of homeopathy in the states or countries of your residence (www.homeopathicdirectory.com ).
